Mitchell Cantrell has created a dynamic hairstyling workshop that is gaurenteed to spark new behaviors and thought processes within everyone whom particpates in the Fresh Start Workshop. This experience is a 4.5hr Hairstyling workshop that includes 2 segments, Upstyling and Downstyling. Each segment is packed with techniques and systems to make the process of styling more innovative, more fun and more ergonomic. 

"My goal for the 2018 fresh start workshop is to strip away the pressure of hopping hurdles and breaking down barriers and instead I have created a space of awareness for stylists to work with what is right in front of them, their client and their current strengths, weaknesses and knowledge of hair."
